With the same animation style as The Clone Wars, The Bad Batch follows the lives of a group of altered Clone Commandos dubbed Clone Force 99, although colloquially referred to as the “Bad Batch.” Together, they carry out special missions that regular Clone Troopers would not be capable of and were, incidentally, introduced in The Clone Wars's season 7. The Star Wars animated series The Bad Batch, created by Dave Filoni, saw almost immediate success upon its release.
